The Histories of Film: The Circulating Film and Video Library

November 21, 2019 – December 04, 2019

The Museum of Modern Art

The Museum of Modern Art, MoMA PS1, and the MoMA Stores in New York City have closed temporarily.

Celebrating 85 years of service to the film and education community, The Circulating Film and Video Library holds the unusual position of providing access outside MoMA to a rare collection of films and videos. The Histories of Film: The Circulating Film & Video Library will showcase the broad based collection including early silent films, important documentaries, avant garde and independent works, animation and video art, certain areas otherwise available only to scholars.

Organized by Kitty Cleary, Circulating Film Library
