The Museum of Modern Art is pleased to announce the launch of the Cisneros Research Guide, a bilingual research tool that offers public access to a selection of over 200 digital assets from the Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros (CPPC) Archives. Developed in collaboration with the CPPC and MoMA’s Archives, Library, and Research Collections, this new resource ensures the long-term accessibility of key materials related to Latin American art and culture.
This Research Guide presents materials from the CPPC’s website, alongside information about Mrs. Cisneros’s donations of art to MoMA’s collection and the ongoing research and programming of the Cisneros Institute, a research center of Latin American Art within the Museum. The Cisneros Research Guide will continue to incorporate new material from the CPPC, including future scholarship, publications, and digital assets in both English and español.
